Main policies

Payment is required before a set is made (either in full or as a deposit).

★ Only our listed forms of payment will be accepted.

NO REFUNDS as each set is custom-made and, due to sanitary reasons. This also includes incorrect sizing, so please size correctly (if you’re unsure, please feel free to reach out to us on our socials or by email!).

★ NiamhzNails is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper application or use of our products.

★ Customers are responsible for providing information to NiamhzNails of any health conditions that might be relevant to nail application or wear.

★ NiamhzNails has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language or behaviour and has the right to refuse service.

★ Please be aware of slight colour differences due to lighting, cameras, or screens.

★ Some slight differences in design may occur as each set is hand-made.

★ NiamhzNails has the right to limit the number of orders per customer or household.

★ Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size guides, and all policies before purchasing.

Shipping Policies

★ NiamhzNails is not responsible for the order after it’s shipped. If any problems occur, let us know, and we'll try our best to help along with the shipping company.

★ NiamhzNails is not responsible for any extra shipping or custom fees after shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact and shipping information (no refunds will be given if incorrect information is given).

Processing time may vary depending on the order, so please be aware that it can take up to two weeks; however, we aim to process orders 4-12 days!
